Join us for an interactive, fun-filled afternoon as we have our Seniors Lunch. The luncheon is free for all members aged 65+. There is a nominal charge for non-members. It is a fun-filled afternoon with live entertainment, food, fun, prizes and more.

Welcome the festive season with a splash of Christmas cheer at our annual Children’s Party. Bring the youngest members of your family to our treasured event for an event filled with fun, games and of course, food!

3. Jazz Night

For those who have a pure love of jazz, we are thrilled to share our jazz-inspired party. Indulge in beautiful jazz music, great food and a fabulous ambience. We also invite you to get dressed for the occasion! It is time for the jazz era to be reborn, as we create a fun atmosphere and a night to remember.

4. Fashion Show

The WASLA fashion show is a chance to celebrate the artistic diversity of our community, and showcase the best of fashion from Sri Lanka and Western Australia. This is a chance to strut your stuff and mingle with other guests while sipping champagne.

5. Mothers’ Day High Tea

Our members love a high tea. Pair that with the company of your mum, and you have the perfect recipe for a fantastic afternoon. A traditional high tea by WASLA is an old-school oasis in the modern age, known by the iconic three-tier serving platter of delectable sweet and savoury items- both traditional and modern.

6. Winter Dinner Dance

Bring your family, friends and colleagues for a night to remember. We invite you to join us for the exciting Winter Dinner Dance. With great music, delicious food and incredible company this event is a favourite amongst WASLA members as it is a great way to let off some steam and dance the night away.
